Class TimestampException

Thrown when an RFC 3161 timestamp cannot be obtained or embedded while signing with an HSM, or when the resulting (optionally time-stamped) signature does not fit within the reserved signature placeholder. Lets callers catch timestamp specific failures without swallowing every exception.
